Discussion

Non-ProZ.com Aug 13, 2003:
Flora I think Flora means 'flower'. And I know that the name Florian (m.) means 'Blossoming'. Is there a m. name for blossoming in Latin?
Non-ProZ.com Aug 13, 2003:
Florian Florian is German (m.) version of the feminine name "Flora". I wonder if perhaps the latin for it might be Flavus, or Flavio?

I do not know "Florian", but "Flora" = Flora, ae (f.)
"Thomas" = Thomas, ae (m.)
"Sebastian" = Senastianus, i (m.)
