A link topology in which all stations are connected in parallel to a medium. These stations are capable of concurrently receiving a signal transmitted by any other station connected to the medium.

در فرهنگ رایانه، همبندی یا توپولوژی (به انگلیسی: Topology) به معنای چگونگی پیکربندی و ایجاد اتصالات بین دستگاه‌های یک شبکه رایانه‌ای است. به هر ابزار متصل به یک شبکه رایانه‌ای گره (Node) گفته می‌شود که به‌وسیله پیوندها (Link) به همدیگر متصل می‌گردند.

همبندی گذرگاهی یا همبندی خطی یکی از شیوه‌های آرایش شبکه رایانه‌ای است. شبکه‌ای که از همبندی گذرگاهی استفاده می‌کند معمولاً دارای یک کابل واحد است که همه رایانه‌های شبکه به آن متصلند و هر رایانه متصل می‌تواند بسته‌های داده را روی این کابل ارسال کند تا دیگر رایانه‌ها آن را دریافت کنند. در این نوع شبکه ارتباط تا زمانی وصل است که کابل‌ها مرتبط باشند. اگر کابل اطلاعات در هر قسمتی قطع شود از آنجا به بعد بسته‌های اطلاعات ارسال نمی‌شود.
