Series creator Ryan Murphy really did need to explore Liz as a possibly candidate for The Carver. The botched anaesthesia aside from “Rhea Reynolds”, it’s been common knowledge that she’s had problems with the ethics of her company.

So, if it's Nip/Tuck then Liz is a nurse responsible for adiministering anaesthesia and she is being accused of making a mistake during the operation. Perhaps I was right then?
