wydaje mi się, że chodzi o sprzedaż z zastrzeżeniem własności rzeczy sprzedanych (do czasu zapłaty) Co by tłumaczyło fakt, że później mowa jest o własności wytwórcy, a więc tego co sprzedaje.

: Po angielsku "la réserve de propriété" lepiej wychodzi jako "retention of title", czyli zastrzeżenie zachowania tytułu własności.
