przygotowane/sporządzone postanowienie // zatwierdzone postanowienie
1. przygotowane/sporządzone postanowienie (sądu)
2. postanowienie zatwierdzone (pieczęcią/wpisem do systemu)

Opcja 3: postanowienie sporządzone i potwierdzone/zatwierdzone

To inny rodzaj 'perfection' (IRL).

58 In England, a judgment or order is now ‘perfected by being sealed by the court’ under CPR 1998, r.40.2(2)(b) (per Baroness Hale of Richmond, JSC in In re L and another (Children) (Preliminary Finding: Power to Reverse), [2013] UKSC 8; [2013] 1 WLR 634, [19]). With respect to Australia, compare Campbell, E, ‘Revocation and Variation of Administrative Decisions’ (1996) 22 MonLR 30, 33 Google Scholar—‘The judgments and orders of courts of record are not perfected until they have been formally passed and entered in the court's records’ (internal citations omitted).

a court can always recall and vary an order before it is perfected (in this case by drawing up, sealing and filing)

The registrar in the High Court perfects the order. That is done by the person actually typing up the order and putting on the Courts system. It can be done as quickly as on the the day the order was given by the judge or it can take months for the registrar to actually type up the order.

The handing down of judgment in your favour is usually cause for celebration. In most cases such celebration is entirely appropriate. However, it might be premature, as until the final order following judgment is perfected by the court (by its being sealed) a judge is entitled to change his (or her) mind.

when does an order become perfected? does a perfected oirder have to be dated in order to be perfected? can you request leave from to the Supreme court without a perfected order?
1. An order is perfected when the High Court Registrar who is the registrar in the case affixes the High Court seal to the Order as drawn up and drafted by him or her. The Order will be dated by the High Court Registrar before it is perfected. However, you can in certain circumstances get leave without a perfected order. One example would be where there was particular urgency about the case, such as a person going to die, or an abortion about to take place. However, in all other cases, you have to await the perfecting of the Order by the High Court Registrar before you can move forward on the basis of the perfected order.
