TRUSTEES shall be empowered to insure aginst loss or damage by fire or from any other risks any property for the time being comprised in my Estate up to any amount and even though the person absolutely entitled property and to pay all premiums for any such insurance at their discretion out of income or capital of my Estate or the property itself, and so that any monies received under any such insurance may be used at their discretion either towards making good the loss and damage in respect of which it was received or as if were proceeds of sale of the insured property
