One problematic aspect, in our view, is the procedure whereby the special net prices used in the "poor dog case" apply during the current year for all deliveries of the relevant materials to the affected VLG and that in this way the special case (high volume project business) is mixed with the standard process. At the same time, the special net price flows automati¬cally in the following year into the calculated average price and also influences the transfer price in the following year.
