To overcome these issues, Deloitte apply the system Generalized method of moments (GMM) technique developed by Arellano and Bover (1995) and Blundell and Bond (1998). This method considers the model (1) in both levels and first differences, and forms identifying moment conditions using lags of the included variables as instruments
