A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Há uns 15 anos traduzi uma livro sobre uma placa de som da Creative. Nela, explicava-se esse processo. O ouvido humano percebe sons na faixa de 20 Hz a 20.000 Hz; para que uma gravação digital tenha boa qualidade, a taxa mínima da gravação deve ser igual ao dobro da freqüência máxima percebida pelo ouvido, mais 10%; ou seja 44Khz.
Portanto, a cada segundo, são gravados 44 Kb em disco; uma música com 5 minutos, ocupa 13,2MB, ou 44 x 300 minutos.

Com a capacidade da mídia de armazenamento da época, isso era proeza somente para grandes estúdios de gravação.
Hoje é possível ter um estúdio de gravação em um Mac ou PC.
