Se estiver tentada a utilizar um regionalismo, pode utilizar «abrótea», ou então «cabeça de alho chocho», que talvez fuja um pouco ao sentido da coisa... Não tenho a certeza de estar a interpretar correctamente o texto, falta-me um pouco mais de contexto, mas aqui tem uma achega.
