Visual Inspection of the brackets and brace bar’s brazed joints

Fillet is defined as the arc generated between the two parties joined.
The fillet is acceptable if the depth is less than opening and has a smooth (Figure 2).
Lack of paste is defined as any void, discontinuity or crack in the joint.
Note: In the case of RCVFED sensors, paste fillet of the joint in the upper brace bar has to be a 100%
covered as the Figure indicates, lower brace is acceptable with a 75% of paste fillet.
