"acte de terorism". Este o formulare mai adaptată realităţii actuale, mai ales dacă este vorba despre spaţiul UE sau SUA etc. Probabilitatea unui război în UE este aproape 0%. Actele de terorism, din păcate, sunt posibile.

si datul unei palme este dpv.juridic un "act de violenta" , dar nu scuza pt neexecutarea obligatiilor contractuale
