English to Spanish Law/Patents Insurance REINSURANCE AGREEMENT
"Claims with repetitive benefits’ payments which started before the relevant ceding endorsement takes effect may be taken into account with the consent of the REINSURER, subject to the payment by the CEDING COMPANY of the mathematical or technical reserve required to cover the aforesaid claims, called the REINSURER's claims portfolio entry."

No estoy seguro si es una entrada en la cartera de reclamaciones de la REASEGURADORA o se refiere a otra cosa y hay otro término más especifico acuñado.

addenda Should the quota share be modified, the following procedure shall apply:
- for increases, as it is mentioned for the claims portfolio entry transaction.
- for decreases, as it is mentioned for the claims portfolio exit transaction.

SO, there is ENTRY and there is EXIT.

According to the definition, it sounds like "entry" would be more along the lines of "aportación" - being monies paid by the first party.
