TX2000 is a stand-alone, “pocket” oxygenometer or toximeter intended for the (continuous) detection of toxic or oxygen gases or vapours.

The TX 2000 is equipped with a plug-in sensor which can be accessed after unscrewing the sensor cap on the top of the instrument.

Being a vital element of the gas detector, the sensor of the TX 2000 must be treated
with care. Mechanical impacts, splashing with water etc… may impair the quality of
the measurement or even, in extreme cases, destroy the sensors.

A water-repellent and anti-dust filter protects the “head” of the sensor. Each sensor can detect one toxic or oxygen gas (see list p.27).
