Could you tell me the meaning behind this simple - as it seems - word?
Here is the whole line:
Evaporator with copper tubes, aluminium fins and shoulders in galvanised steel.
The machine concerned is a water refrigerator manufactured by MTA (www.mtaonline.it)

holders for the tube going through the fins
The tube(s) go through the fins, and the shoulder is like a ring around the tube, holding it in position, like a rim around the hole in the fin.

BRACKETS TO HOLD THE APPARATUS
SHOULDERS ARE SOMETHING LIKE ONE HANDLE IN ORDER TO ALLOW ONE TO HOLD AND MOVE THE APPARATUR FROM ONE SIDE TO OTHER.
