English term

shoulders

English Tech/Engineering Engineering: Industrial cooling water systems (Italian > English)
Could you tell me the meaning behind this simple - as it seems - word?
Here is the whole line:
Evaporator with copper tubes, aluminium fins and shoulders in galvanised steel.
The machine concerned is a water refrigerator manufactured by MTA (www.mtaonline.it)

holders for the tube going through the fins

The tube(s) go through the fins, and the shoulder is like a ring around the tube, holding it in position, like a rim around the hole in the fin.
