ALL commissions / transaction charges (buy and sell) will be debited from the beneficiary's account
The bank / brokerage firm makes a fee/commission from both the buy and sell of stock or a financial trade. In the event of confirmation charges (presumably both stock buy and sell charges) and any discrepancy fees, meaning the need for records to be produced, mediation or litigation, the fees and charges will be paid from the beneficiary's account, not the bank.
A rewording here may be a good idea.
. . . as well as all confirmation charges and discrepancy fees in any part of a transaction.
