Computer game character, some sort of hard nosed businesswoman having a pleasant but generic conversation with another character.
Could you help me understanding the "lost his water" bit? Thank you!

No 'esprit de corps'. "Lost his water" literally means that he pissed himself. Why? Too scared, too frightened. Something knocked the heart right out of him. Too bad.
