Someone came up with the above title for a horoscope in a Polish/English mag and I am not sure what it means. He or she would like to dance? I imagine it comes from "Would you care to dance?", but is this understandable? It is ok for this to be a little vague as a title, but I'm just not sure what it means. This is the silliest thing ever. Please help.

Capricorn is a person born under this tenth sign of the zodiac in astrology. Cares to dance, according to my interpretation is that this person is ready to take action. S/he would be willing to jump into and challenge both new and old things and is very active. Therefore, this person born under this tenth sign of the zodiac is willing lively and willing to do anything this particular day, week or month whatever the horoscope is valid until.

You can use it so it sounds fancy or sarcastic, as in: "now that David has asked you, you care to see that movie, but when I asked you, you said it was a stupid movie and you would never see it.
