Does the customer really have to ask? In a foreign country that can be offputting. Hopefully, it will be offered by the member of staff to all customers.
Cash point could be confused with a cash withdrawal machine; till is very UK and rather passé, anyway. I think cash desk is pretty international.

"Your" makes it personal - as though there's already a coupon with their name on!

: Several good points in your explanation, Sheila//British Diana makes a good suggestion. How about "Your coupon is waiting for you at the cash desk"? Removes the offputting part of having to ask, and it could even be on a spindle or tear-pff block.

I like "pick up" but I think phrasal verbs should be avoided here - this sign is for all tourists who don't read Turkish, not just anglophones.
