Mobile = in the sense that the person will be able to go and visit clients / customers at their offices. For this task, he/she must be able to have a driving licence and access to a car, I imagine.

: I'd prefer "salesperson". And the "affaires" doesn't seem to make sense here, "business salesperson" and "technical salesperson" being contradictory - maybe it refers to a department? / Sorry it wasn't clear, I meant "travelling technical salesperson" !

salesperson sounds good too, but doesn't it exclude the "technical" aspect of the Technico-commercial who has technical skills added to the sales skills? "Affaires" looks unnecessary to me.
