French term
inverseur de charge de marche automatique
French to English

This is part of a description of hot air blowers. I had "automatic phase reverser" but I am not sure it is the appropriate term!
Panneaux inox

automatic power inverter
or "power inverter with auto-start"
I think this is it:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_inverter
A power inverter, or inverter, is an electrical power converter that changes direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC).[1] The input voltage, output voltage, and frequency are dependent on design.

: That kind of inverter is something quite different, and is called an 'onduleur' in FR. / Oh yes, I am 100% sure this is wrong! This is my field of expertise.

Your own answer demonstrates that you cannot possibly be so sure of that Tony. In my experience, chest-beaters are more likely to be wrong than people who regularly question themselves.

French term (edited):
inverseur de charge / de marche automatique
automatic load / rotation reverser
Normally, an 'inverseur de marche' would be a reverser to change the (usually) rotational direction some device turns in.
I can imagine that an 'inverseur de charge' could be a 'load reverser', though I'm not quite sure why (on an AC system at least!) a load would need reversing; be that as it may, I can only imagine these as 2 separate things, hence why I have added the / above.
As ever, a great deal more of the wider context might make things clearer...
I suppose it is possible that 'charge' could have the meaning of 'loading', but surely if you reverse loading... you are unloading?! Can't quite see how that could work here...

: Pas histoire de rotation mais de charge.....

We don't have enough context for you to be so categoric about it; I have often seen 'inverseur de marche' for a device that reverses the operation direction; with 3-phase electricity, this is very often the rotational direction.

Discussion
Phase inverter probably NOT right, could have other unwanted meanings...
