Here is my attempt:

I have translated "installation" as "facility" as in other parts of the text it is clearer that this refers to the tank and its fittings and in this table you have "mise en place" referring to the action of installing.

I think "dispositif" refers to the general set up / arrangements as the there is quite a wide range of services mentioned.

I am not so sure about "change" here - but please no-one suggest "evolution"!!!
