I think it is being used here in the same way as an insurance policy, where a 'schedule' is a separate list giving more specific details of cover, exclsuions, etc.
It seems to me this meaning would fit better in this context.

: the whole of "Avenant III" is part of "Textes Attachés" i.e. added as part of the law at the time of adopting it, so in this specific instance it's not an "amendement"

If it's on a pay slip, it's very likely an avenant à la convention collective of a particular trade, profession, etc. to which the employee belongs.
Those avenants deal with aspects of that trade or with sub-groups withing that trade.
I believe that in English (well, in the UK), you call this 'schedule to a collective bargaining agreement'.
