I can't find this in any of my legal dictionaries.
Working backwards from the term "joining cases", I've come up with "un-disjoinable", which is terribly inelegant, but perhaps understandable at least to a reader.
I'm not sure I even need a "legal" word, and there are only about 150 Google hits for the French term, so it is quite rare.
