assets to be shared out
Without proper context - i.e. a sentence showing the term in its context - I assume it refers to the sum of the assets to be shared between the divorcees. In the same way as a 'masse salariale' refers to the total of all salaries paid to a company's employees.

assets to be divided
Ridiculous lack of surrounding text. But the normal context will be a division of an estate.
This is the term given by Bridge. Marginally better to use the verb "divide" since we're talking about a "division".
