"Sacrifice" seems to be by far the most natural option here. It looks rather as though we are dealing with some kind of group structure, and an artificial arrangement is being proposed which will transfer revenue from one company in the group to another. Thus, one company at least must sacrifice some of its revenue. I am guessing here, but I assume that the point is that this amount can't be too great (e.g. great enough to threaten the company's viability) or the scheme will be rejected by the tax authorities or the courts.
I don't see any reason to even look for an alternative.

I was somewhat puzzled by these "sacrifices" because, as I was reading these passages, it seemed as if the author was going to NAME all these sacrifices one by one at a certain point. However, imho, these "sacrifices" that the author is talking about were not planned by anyone, they may not even happen, they are mentioned as a sort of eventuality, or JUST in case they happen.
I think this is nothing but unforeseen affairs including, but not limited to events, costs, burdens, blah blahs, whatever is unforeseen by the agreement and that the author is using this formulation to ensure reciprocity of the parties in their final settlement.
