French term

PMR

French to English Social Sciences Social Science, Sociology, Ethics, etc.
Regarding a new urban planning law, as appears below, what is it and is there a equivalent in English, thanks! :) Ive seen theres 2 answers here (one on trains and the other on handicapped people), dont think really any of these fit here but would appreciate help. Thanks

Discussion

Claire Nolan Mar 20, 2010:
PRM is the English for the French PMR. Scratch that PRM is also English...sorry.
Claire Nolan Mar 20, 2010:
