Zur Erfüllung der Anlegerinteressen und des Gläubigerschutzes erwägt XXXX die Möglichkeit zur Aufstellung einer Zwei-Spalten-Bilanz, die sowohl die Ermittlung des anlegerorientierten, prognosefähigen Gewinns als auch das gläubigerschützende Reinvermögen ausweist. Jedoch sieht er diese Möglichkeit als eine Art *Maximallösung* und sie erscheint ihm demnach nicht erforderlich. Seine Ablehnung begründet er aus dem Standpunkt heraus, dass es im Gläubigerschutz vordergründig auf die Ermittlung eines ausschüttungsfähigen Gewinns und eines vorsichtig berechneten Reinvermögens ankommt.

Not sure what type of "solution" to put here - "complete solution"???

IMO, the literal translation of Maximal- > maximum doesn't work here. Furthermore, the 'ultimate solution' may in fact be a trimmed-down solution.

agree Hope Farmer : I agree with this answer. From the text, the solution is the absolutelly most complete solution and covers alls options fully, therefore "ultimate solution" is perferct.

Maximum solution

it's probably the same like maximum wight for - Maximalgewicht or maximum amount for Maximalbetrag - but I am not a native speaker of english language - hope it helps you
