LEO gives 'points of action' but I have never seen this on an agenda.

agree Ian M-H (X) : From the UK I'm familiar with "action items" on the agenda (for decision) and then "action points" once they've been agreed (i.e. in the minutes and on subsequent agendas for progress reports).
