agree Steffen Walter : Right you are - "recognised" seems even more appropriate than "current". / Since "state of the art" is used as a noun here, I wouldn't hyphenate (in contrast to "state-of-the-art solutions", for example).

Yes, fair enough. That is perhaps why I put "current" in brackets in my term heading.
