pre-treated phases
This looks like column chromatography with a stationary ion-exchange phase which has been pre-treated, e.g. here with an acid. Normally columns are acidified after packing, but here it seems that the silica gel has been pretreated with the acid and then dried to give the commercially available product.

very strange German wording!
silica gel plates (pre)sprayed with 50% sulphuric (sulfuric) acid
I take it they're referring to thin-layer chromatography!?
I think they should have written 'Platten' instead of 'Phasen'.
alternative: ready-for-use silica gel plates (sprayed with 50% H2SO4)
or even 'pre-prepared s.g. plates'
More context necessary, I'm afraid
