Però ho subito associato *Genussbetrieben* a quanto spesso scrive la letteratura 'slowfood' italiana e spesso ricorre la locuzione 'del gusto', ad es. *le giornate del gusto*, *rassegna del gusto*, *fiera del gusto*, etc.
Vedi se può fare al caso tuo. Buona giornata, Alessandra.
