This one is also in a section describing a chest examination. This chest has no "KHIRKHURIM, KRIPITZIOT O TZIFTZUFIM" (which I guess is a very good thing), but what are KRIPITZIOT? (Tortured language clue: It is NOT very small female creeps.)
