"מומלץ לתלמידים שיש להם סיכוי לעמוד בדרישות"
In both cases "Chances" are not appropriate (too chancy and unprofesional). Would you recommend "The student(s) has/have prospects to accomplish the necessary requirments / the tests" or use the term probablity.
This is for an terminology sheet for evaluations levels.
