...is how I read the entire phrase.
Discussion
the contest of the sentence is a CV "HA LAVORATO COME REALIZZATORE DI MODELLI E SVILUPPO 3D E RENDER DI PROGETTI DI ARREDO", which in my opinion it's not clear at all.
being a CV i don't feel like excluding any option for the translation, as there are always several correct possibilities to write about someone's job.
b) In what kind of a situation does the phrase appear?
c) Any thoughts on the translations you are considering or have ruled out ?
I am thinking along the lines of 3D modeling/design/rendering, but prefer to wait for more context before posting an answer.
