I'm not too sure about the beginning of the sentence "Vi aleggiano", any suggestions?

the idea behind this promotional piece is to convey the notion that the artist's works create a significant and longlasting impact that will "linger on" in the minds of the viewers long after the exhibition closes.

Hence the parallel imagery... "they linger on... like the sublime notes of a chopin melody...
