To asker This is way above my head as IT is not one of the areas I work in. However, I did a search of "object protocol" (as a phrase) + interoperability and I got a rather large number of hits. The sites that I opened are beyond my understanding. What I gather is that "objects" are found in IT some protocols and seem something to do with interoperability.

This doesn't make any sense to me, and nor does it get any hits. I can't see any reason to use an English word when Italian has one.
Could it be "object-based"?
"Open" would fit the context.
Also, "app" is not an acronym and should be written in lower case.

I assume this 'Italian' from Italy - including Südtirol where the German influence from 'Objekt' - meaning in German a project or even building - could send the answer off in wholly different direction.

The German influence - in Switzerland and Südtirol - from the word Objekt could send the translation off in the direction, for instance of a *report on the property* - albeit unlikely in the US non-realtor / UK estate agency context.
agree Carlo Angeli : I think the Italian author has badly mangled his words (confirmed by the lack of hits for his word choice) and was attempting to refer to (SOAP), not an expert tbh but it was developed as a way for apps to be able to speak to each other globally
