There don\'t necessarily need to be, nor do they necessarily exist, separate words for this in English even though there may be separate words for them in Italian. Hair pieces is what the list looks like to me, for adding false hair to real hair to make it look thicker or better or fuller. But infoltitori should be called extensions even if there is another word or term there in Italian for extensions. The term wig-thickener, or thickening-wig, or thickener-wig just don\'t exist in the US hair-styling field. They sound awkward, and frankly, weird.

: I tend to think that 'extensions' are those we call 'estensioni' and that they correspond to the 'allungatori' in the list / yes, the may well be one thing, but here 2 terms seem to be needed. sorry, but I don't know at all the word 'wig' :)
