In an Offer Document: "i concordati preventivi sopra menzionati sono stati strutturati con la previsione di una proposta che contemplava il pagamento integrale, ancorché dilazionato, dell’intero ceto creditorio (indistintamente privilegiato e chirografario)" I understand what it means but need a term to say it!
