Italian term

cassa integrazione straordinaria per crisi

Italian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Relazione sulla gestione
I found a few refs already in the glossaries.

Extraordinary unemployment benefit fund for crisis?
Is there a more exact term?

Thank you.

Layoff Benefits Fund

BorsaItalia refers to the Government's "layoff benefits fund"

and then www.bankrupt.com
The statement further says, "production has been cut back through
recourse to the Government's Layoff Benefits Fund, which is close
to being exhausted in some industrial areas. (referring to Fiat's "short" layoffs)

Valeria Pulignano uses Unemployment Fund. I like this but it suffers from being unspecific as to which fund is being referred to (company provision, government fund, solidarity fund, etc.)

Then the element of ordinary/extraordinary can be added. I think, for example, that the a special or extraordinary allocation was made for the FIAT case.

"per crisi" is an additional qualifier but not a part of the core term

crisis contingency fund / contingency fund

I would translate it this way. As far as I know a 'contingency fund' is a kind of savings account for crisis situations. So possibly you could also simply translate it as 'contingency fund'.

extraordinary unemployment subsidy plan

I would use 'subsidy' rather than 'benefit fund', because 'cassa d'integrazione' is something provided strictly by the state, whereas a fund could also be a private initiative
