extent to which the sector is cyclical
Cyclicity exists but I've never seen it used in this context. Cyclical sectors are those on which profits rise and fall in a cycle - often because of overinvestment at the peak followed by intense price competition at the nadir. Telecomms and aviation are typical sectors.
