This reserve is the minimum reserve required by the European Central Bank and the service refers specifically to Article 10 "Indirect holding of minimum reserves through an
intermediary" of the "EC regulation 2818/98 of the ECB on the application of minimum reserves" see link: https://www.ecb.eu/ecb/legal/pdf/02_en_ecb_1998_15.pdf
