Discussion

Claire Lomas (X) (asker) Jan 13, 2010:
Could it be inter vivos trust or is living trust better?
Claire Lomas (X) (asker) Jan 13, 2010:
It is list of services provided by a chartered accountant. The heading is ASSET MANAGEMENT and then the list includes:
patti di famiglia
fondo patrimonale
VINCOLO DI DESTINAZIONE
trust
tematiche successorie

Hope this can help?
philgoddard Jan 13, 2010:
This is impossible to answer without some context. What comes before and after this?

trust with binding conditions on the beneficiary

The vincolo di destinazione is a trust-like instrument which differentiates itself from trusts proper in a number of ways, e.g. that it concerns only mobili and immobili, and in particular in that it always imposes a binding condition on the beneficiary as to the use of the assets in question. See the websites below for more detail.
