I know this has been asked already, but there are two contradicting answers in the Proz glossary !
Who is transferer and who transferee?
TIA and happy holidays.
-----------------------

The "ente" is the actiive one that does, while the "atario" is the passive one done to.
The conferimento di capitale or ramo di azienda is a "contribution (of capital)" in financial terms, however it may be better to speak of the transfer of assets (or sale of assets, if they are in fact sold). I would tend to try and avoid "er" and "ee" terms and talk of "the company transferring the assets" if it can be worked into the text easily.

transferee and transferer
Looks clear... "conferitario", just like "concessionario", "mandatario", "assegnatario" etc. is the one receiving the action, while "-ente" is the one doing it.

Your sentence may be misleading because it may seem that "che sarà oggetto" refers to XXX, whereas it actually refers to "la relazione di stima".
