il dizionario Garzanti definisce cosi' il verbo "settare", da cui deriva settaggio: 1. predisporre un'apparecchiatura a funzionare secondo determinati standard, che � possibile impostare azionando dei dispositivi di controllo

probabilmente potrai adottare la traduzione proposta da Enza, ma per essere piu' esatti, il problema non sta nei "settings" (parola che usiamo anche in italiano), ma nel "settaggio" - cioe' nel processo di impostazione dei settings.
