I have used the search engine Google and have found out that this title is written in 816 English websites.
There is also "National Institue of Hotel Management and Catering". This title is written in 15 English websites.
I am adding 2 examples that I have found in English websites:
1. "Equipment will be provided to upgrade training facilities at the National Institute of Hotel Management in Dhaka."
2. "Among the well-recognized centres of training for the Hospitality Industry are National Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology."
There is also "National Institue of Hotel Management and Catering". This title is written in 15 English websites.

: Most of the websites refer to the Indian sub-continent - OK if that's where the intended readers are, but this wouldn't work for a UK readership.

: I agree with Jane. In the UK 'National Institute' normally refers to an organization, not a school or a college such as 'Istituto professionale' .
