Ну вот, получаем "Сколько людей погибнет во имя тебя, свобода". Так виден смысл? Логично? Логично. Так что перевод отдельного словосочетания "во имя тебя" верный. А как это передать красиво по-русски - тут уж Вам думать.
В песенных текстах к тому же часто бывает, что и смысла-то нет. Слушаешь иную песню - вроде, красиво, а вдумаешься в текст - по сути, бессвязный бред, набор слов. Вот и думай потом, как такую переводить.
