typo: synoptyczna > synoptic
As suggested in the discussion area. I can find no sign of this word, but with an initial s instead of r it makes good sense in the context. And the reference Frank has posted demonstrates convincingly that it should read "Chronologia synoptyczna...".

"Synoptic" in English (like its Polish equivalent, apparently) is a word particularly associated with biblical studies, but it is also used in other contexts:
"Synoptic Chronology for Three Mile Island"
https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=Ju74Flw5g_MC&pg=PA166&lp...
So although I am an intruder and not a Polish speaker, I think the literal translation, "synoptic", can safely be used here.

: Yes, there are several other sources that demonstrate beyond the shadow of the doubt that it ought to have been "synoptic."

Comment: "Many thanks for the clarification. I've been struggling so much with 18th-century Polish that the idea of a typo never entered my mind!"

Discussion
I will not pretend to be able to write Polish, but thank you for your reference, which puts it beyond doubt.
