Moim zdaniem może chodzić o zaprezentowanie potencjalnego kandydata, niekoniecznie o jego zgłoszenie. Zgłoszenie mogło być wcześniej.
Zresztą moja propozycja nie wyklucza jednoczesnego zgłoszenia, choć mowa jest o prezentacji.
Wcześniej myślałem nad "potential candidate". Ale wtedy jasne by było, że jeszcze nie jest zgłoszony, tylko być może będzie zgłoszony i to jest właśnie rozważane.
Zresztą moja propozycja nie wyklucza jednoczesnego zgłoszenia, choć mowa jest o prezentacji.
