Z ciekawości przy okazji zakupów zapytałem w dwóch sklepach mięsnych - nikt nie wiedział. Akurat w tych sklepach nie mają wyrobów Morlin. Ja bym zapytał dział marketingu Morlin, niech wyjaśni. Chyba, że chcesz tłumaczyć na podstawie zgadywania przez innych tłumaczy.

The process sounds like curing, but if he calls it slicing into thick slices, then it could still be called slabbing. Although I've never seen 1cm thin bacon.
